From June 3 to June 30, we are in the transition period. However, the full implementation will take effect starting on July 1.
This form ensures that your personal information is handled in accordance with privacy regulations and is used solely for visa processing purposes.
Important Points:
- The Privacy Consent Form must be fully completed and signed by the applicant.
- Ensure that all details provided are accurate and up-to-date.
- By signing the form, you authorize the Korea Visa Application Center to collect, process, and share your personal data with relevant authorities for visa processing.

How to Submit the Form:
- Obtain the Privacy Consent Form by downloading it from our official website.
- Fill out the form completely, including your full name.
- Sign the form to indicate your consent.
- Submit the form along with your visa application documents.
