The processing time for short term visit(C-3) visa will be adjusted as follows:

Effective date : Mar. 17(Tue), 2026

  •︎ Before : 18 working days

  •︎ After : 20 working days

Please Note :  Express application will still take five (5) working days.

Applicants may visit our center on the next working day after receiving the SMS notification.

Please understand that the extension of the visa issuance processing period is an inevitable temporary measure due to the surge in Korean visa applications.

For those planning a trip to Korea, please consider the above processing period and adjust the timing of visa application appropriately and prepare in advance so that there is no disruption to the travel schedule.

Please be informed that the service fees for Express Visa applications have been revised as follows:

Starting March 2, 2026, applicants applying for an Express Visa are required to pay an additional

Express Processing Service Fee of PHP 500, on top of the existing KVAC Service Fee of PHP 900.

Kindly take note of the updated fees to avoid any inconvenience.

※ Total Cost for Express Visa Application: PHP 2,400
