PROCESS
1. PLAN ON A TRIP TO KOREA
Recommendation : At least 4 weeks prior to planned flight date
2. VISIT A WEBSITE OF EITHER KVAC OR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS Recommendation : Contact Call Center team of KVAC
3. PREPARE REQUIREMENTS Recommendation : Make your own checklist not to miss out any document (Requirement are found in the Korean Embassy Website)
4. VISIT A NEAREST WEXPRESS BRANCH (Branch Info attached)
5. PARTICIPATE IN IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION *Mandatory to bring your national ID card
6. MAKE A PAYMENT ONCE A STAFF IN WEXPRESS CONFIRMS ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET
Mutual signature will be required in checklist
7. RECEIVE AN EMAIL FOR APPLICATION CONFIRMATION FROM WEXPRESS
Recommendation : Contact Call Center team of KVAC (Passing 3 working days)
8. RECEIVE A SMS FOR APPLICATION CONFIRMATION from the Korean visa application center (Visa screening by the embassy of the Republic of Korea in 7 working days)
9.RECEIVE A SMS FOR ISSUANCE CONFIRMATION from the Korean visa application center
10. RECEIVE AN EMAIL FOR ISSUANCE CONFIRMATION from WExpress
11. PASSPORT DELIVERY COMPLETION
For LACKING / ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
In case there is any lacking or additional document/s after checking by KVAC staff, applicant/s must comply and submit to Wexpress branch within 7 working days since a KVAC staff reaches out to an applicant via call in regard to the missing documents. (No additional fee will be collected).
Please take a note that processing visa application will resume once requirements are met.

B. For Co-workers: Present a copy of company ID or Certificate of Employment (for both representative and applicant).
