Optional guidelines for applicants of family or co-workers (Online Reservation ONLY)

Please be informed that the Korea Visa Application Center will now allow, limited to Online Reservation, one family member or one co-worker to apply on behalf of the applicants regardless of the representative being a visa applicant. However, please note that additional documents to prove your relationship may be required. 

• For Family members: Copy of PSA birth certificate or marriage certificate (to prove family relationship)

• For co-workers: Copy of company ID or Copy of Certificate of Employment (for representative and applicant) 

*Please note that the center will not take the proof of relationships. 

It is simply required for authentication purposes.
